Photograph caption dated January 9, 1961 reads, "Faramarz Pakzad, 16, an exchange student from Iran, shows lovely items from his native land to Mrs. Albert Vance, president of Osceola PTA, and members of the unit-sponsored youth groups, Marilyn Wilcox, Jolly Bluebirds, and Donald Vance, Cub Pack 395. Faramarz will be guest speaker at Osceola's 1:30 p.m. meeting Tuesday planned by Mrs. Donald Emmer, program chairman."
