Description: UCB North Area Branch The United California Bank will celebrate the opening of this new County Club office with an all day program starting at 9:30 tomorrow. The bank will occupy 8,400 square feet of the 54,000 square foot, $1.4 million structure at 2233 Watt, built by Jack Bowker and John Williams, principles in the Williams-Bowker Co. Bank officials taking part in the opening ceremonies will include Jown W. Kenney of San Francisco, executive vice president; Tony L Westra, vice president and Lawrence E Ryan the branch manager.
