Photograph of the Times Bicycle Club (Los Angeles Times?) on Western Avenue looking north from Pico Boulevard, September 4, 1895. A group of twelve men and women walk or ride their bicycles along the unpaved road at center, while several others ride in the distance. The surrounding area is what appears to be undeveloped land, although several houses can be seen on the horizon at the foot of a line of mountains. One print is hand-dated "Sept. 4 1900".
