Description
This is video taken by David Newman, former guard at Fred C. Nelles School for Boys, just before the school closed. Depicts something called Victims Week, which presumably took place in 1990. Credits at end of tape: "This has been a FCNYCF B.O.O.T production / Give Gangs The BOOT! / Produced and edited by Anthony Reyes..." B.O.O.T stands for "Brother's Out of Trouble".
