Photograph caption dated November 30, 1931 reads, "Photo shows Alexander Pantages, theater multimillionaire, smiling and being kissed by his wife, Mrs. Lois Pantages, at left, and daughter, Carmen Pantages, in court today when a jury delivered a verdict finding him not guilty of charges of attacking Eunice Pringle, schoolgirl and dancer. As soon as the words 'not guilty' were read, Mrs. Pantages jumped up and ran toward her husband, but was restrained by an attorney until a recess was called."
