Description
The top of the "Resurrection" tree in General Grant's Grove. Many of the trees within this grove have been given names; the top 25 feet of the Resurrection tree was sheered off by a lightning strike. This grove, along with the rest of General Grant National Park, was added to Kings Canyon National Park in an effort to preserve this grove of giant sequoias.
