Washington: Mrs. Myrlie Evers, wife of slain black civil rights leader Medgar Evers, (right) was named 11/16 as co-chairman of a national citizens committee to win the 1972 presidential nomination for Sen. Edmund S. Muskie of Maine (left). Mrs. Evers declared Muskie was the only Democrat who can unite the country and the party in a new coalition for fundamental change.
