Description
This 1959 report is a demonstration project prepared for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento by Davis McEntire. It presents a plan for rehousing the "unattached male population" from a slum area in Sacramento's West End, referred to as "Skid Row," that was redeveloped. This relocation plan was the immediate outcome of a demonstration project under Section 314 of the Housing Act of 1954.
