Title supplied by cataloger.; Photograph included in the Exhibit: From Pop to the Pit, The LAPL Photo Collection Celebrates the L.A. Music Scene, 1978-1989. The Dickies are one of L.A.'s most popular punk bands, injecting their rapid-fire numbers with zany theatricality. The Dickies' lead singer, Leonard Phillips, silhouetted against a flurry of tiny styrofoam balls from a gutted bean bag, creates a synthetic winter wonderland during a rendition of "Silent Night" at the Reseda Country Club on January 13, 1989.
