Description
Describes lease agreement from October 15, 1946 to October 14, 1947. Handwritten notation reflects change in the month of the agreement; yearly rent of $1400 is stricken and re-written as $1475. Land is measured in chains. Roy Campbell is Green Acre Farms signatory; lease not signed by the lessor-- Carson Estate Company.
