The beach can be seen in the foreground at center, and several people can be seen playing in the sand or in the water at right. The lifeguard station can be seen at left and is a small building with a conical tower on top. In the background at center, the shell store can be seen near the base of the pier, which extends into the ocean at right. A horse and cart advertise Hot Waffles and Tamales.
