Photograph caption reads: "18-year-old Santa Monica resident Tony Walczuk, (l), took umbrage briefly with nude protestors. Clara Bailey (r) who helped in the campaign to bare Black's Beach in San Diego just keeps smiling". Ms. Bailey's banner reads: "Legalize nude beach". The banner is topped by an American flag.
