Photograph article dated July 22, 1965 partially reads, "It was the biggest fly-in wedding pilots ever attended. Lockheed Air Terminal in Burbank overflowed with Gipsy Moths, Stearmons, Davis's, Piper Apaches, and even a 1918 'Jenny.' The antique planes flew-in 200 pilots for the afternoon wedding Sunday, which united pilots Shirley Robinson of Burbank and Ed Clark Jr. of Hawthorne." Photograph caption reads, "Newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Clark Jr., dancing at their wedding reception, are both antique-airplane pilots. They were married at Lockheed Air Terminal in Burbank. Some 200 pilots flew-in for the wedding reception in antique airplanes. Mrs. Clark, the former Shirley Robinson of Burbank, is editor of Western States Aviation News. She wore a silk champagne ivory 'parachute' lined in yellow taffeta."; See image #00137880 for additional photo in this series.
