Description
A man identified as Soua Lo Her (center) plays the raj nplaim (a reed flute made from bamboo) while children and adults (seated and standing in a circle) look on. Several children and adults wear traditional White HMong outfits; a young girl (right of center) wears a traditional Green HMong skirt.
Notes on verso read: "Soua Lo Her playing raj nplain. Villa Bilingual Preschool 1983 [handwritten pencil, upper left verso]"
