Photograph of raspberry pickers at work on Frank Webb Place, Rosemead, July 21, 1927. Three men in lightly-colored shirts and wide, straw hats keep their sleeves rolled up as they pick raspberries from the ocean of plants on either side. They stand in a dust mound which serves as a lane down the center of the large field. The workers collect the berries in wooden trays with handles over their tops which they keep on the ground next to them.
