Description: Official First Day Cover envelope issued for the La Carreta postage stamp designed by Ralph Rambo. According to donor, Rambo added the dog late in the day before the cover was printed. The artist's secret mark appears under the front corner. Stamp issued in 1988, when the artist was 94.
