Description
Carl D. Duncan presented Patricia Whiting with a copy of a letter he wrote to Whiting's apartment manager. The letter was prompted by a complaint about Whiting and her roommate. Duncan vouched for their good character in the face of the complaint.
Scanned with Epson Perfection V700 PHOTO; as a 300 ppi TIFF image in 8-bit RGB color. Compressed into JPEG format using Photoshop CS3.
To Patricia From Carl Subject Letter to Mr. Rast I thought you and Sylvia might like a copy of the letter to Mr. Rast in its final form. I’ll appreciate any comments. If there are none, I’ll assume everything is A, O.K. Carl
