Description
Oral argument by attorneys before the California Supreme Court on December 5, 1995 in a suit by an employee terminated from his management position who sued his former employer on multiple claims including fraud in inducing him to agree to an employment contract. Courts in federal and other state jurisdictions have followed the court's rulings in this case 307 times during the period 1996-2013.
