Photograph caption dated December 20, 1955 reads, "Jack Etlin, of Etlin Realty, 5938 Laurel Canyon, and Mrs. Hugh Beaumont of Studio City inspect one of free trees Etlin will give away to needy family for every listing or sale made during time left before Christmas. Trees were brought from Minnesota ranch which belongs to Mr. and Mrs. Beaumont. He is television's Mike Shane."
