Description
Trunk had paper label on cloth cover with Carl Wahler's name and information on it, in German. It also had the Red Star Line Antwerp baggage label on cover.
Carl (Karl) Wahler was a German-American who emigrated from Augsburg, Germany to the United States in 1882. When he was 50, he returned to Germany to tour with the Onondaga people.
