Downtown San Jose is in the center of the photograph: the Hotel DeAnza and the Bank of America building are identifiable. The thirteen-story Medico-Dental Building stands at East Santa Clara Street and North Sixth Street and San Jose State is one block to the south, at Washington Square. In the distance, a hanger at Moffett Field in Sunnyvale is seen (center, background).
