Photograph caption dated December 10, 1953 reads, "Scholastic Achievement -- Roger Rogahn, Valley Times newspaperboy, center right, is presented with the California Newspaperboy Foundation Scholastic Achievement award. His twin brother, Ronald, a runnerup for the award, poses with him. Presentation was made by Russell A. Quisenberry, publisher, left, and John J. Tuttle, right, secretary-treasurer, of the Valley Times. Tuttle is president of the California Newspaperboy Foundation."
