Murphy (Midshipman Commander) George Browning (Cadet Colonel). Supplementary material reads: "University of Clifornia, May 17, 1951. Enclosed are two negatives -- one developed, one not. ROTC Day was celebrated by the UCLA ROTC with a special parade during which Miss Nona Freeman, Paramount starlet, was named Miss ROTC Day. During this commemoration of Armed Forces Week, Miss Freeman was presented this afternoon with a bouquet of red roses by Cadet Colonel Robert L. Feiner. This is what is shown in the undeveloped neg. The developed neg[ative] was also taken during the ceremonies. It shows the three leaders of Reserve Officer Training units, Army, Navy and Air Force. Left to right: Cadet Col. Robert L.
