Description: Early view of the Lincoln Heights Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library (also known as Northeast Branch), located at 2530 Workman St. The Note lawn in front of library, not landscaped. The Renaissance style building was constructed with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie and was designed by Hibbard & Cody.
