Photograph of S.S. Ohio loading baggage for the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce's voyage to Hawaii, San Pedro, 1907. A large crowd of people is visible in the left, standing on what appears to be the platform of a dock they are all carrying suitcases and luggage. Further to the back, piles of wooden blocks and a residential area is visible behind a fence. A view of the ship from the deck shows a partially visible mast, a sailing vessel, a three-level platform with auxiliary boats to the sides, the chimney pipe on the top platform, ropes hanging from the mast and vessel, and men with sailing equipment on deck. To the right, water is observable showing two additional sailing ships by a dock.
