Description
Bud Weeks of the Iron Workers Local 118, founder and head of the Hard Hats Association of California, gets a send-off at Sacramento Metro Airport by construction workers eager to begin work on the Auburn Dam. Lobbyist L. E. Sparks, right, was among well-wishers for Weeks' trip to meet with the secretary of the interior to push for apporval of a construction start on the project.
