Photograph caption dated January 14, 1948 reads "Mrs. Louis Matza sits in one room of North Hollywood home and points to right part of house located in C-2 (commercial) zone and to the left side in R-1 (single-family) zone. She is seated in R-2 (two-family) zone. Still another part of house, not shown is located in fourth zone, R-4 (hotel accommodations), producing an unusual zoning confusion for the Valley city."; See images #00123163 through #00123164 for all photos in this series.
