Description
Elizabeth Short's murder is refered to as the "Black Dahlia" case. Several notes & letters were sent to the police and the newspaper. Someone began sending letters with a picture of Armand Robles (the young man in this photo) and accusing him of the murder. He said his picture was stolen from his wallet. He is shown here with his mother Florence as they look at the newpaper story.
