Photograph was edited for publication purposes and has several light colored stains.
Photograph caption dated August 18, 1960 reads "Rose Fox Noll, receptionist at Building Center, 7933 W. 3rd St., Los Angeles, looks over poster mounted on display giving up-to-date report on status of 1957 $6,400,000 library bond issue providing for 28 new branch libraries. In September new library will open in Panorama City, while construction has begun on branch in Encino-Tarzana. Eleven other Valley libraries are planned. Exhibition is open daily at Center."
