Description
Looking southwest toward Flower and 5th Streets from Hope and 4th Streets. The Richfield Building and the Douglas Oil Building are under demolition, as are smaller buildings, in preparation for the construction of Arco Towers. Reagh photographed this scene in 1968, negative #A-004-201 4x5; and re-photographed it in 1970, negative #A-004-205 4x5; in 1971, negative #A-004-204 4x5; and in 1990, negative #A-004-203 4x5. Architect for Arco is be A.C. Martin & Assoc.
