Photograph shows Richard C. Blum walking to the right of Diane Feinstein, (in light colored outfit), and State Senator Milton Marks on her left during a candlelight march in remembrance of Harvey Milk and George Moscone who had been assasinated by Dan White. A banner in the background reads, "Harvey [Milk]".
San Francisco financier, Richard C. Blum, later married Diane Feinstein. At the time of Milk and Moscone's assasination, Feinstein was serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. She was later elected to the United States Senate.
