Photograph caption dated March 6, 1961 reads "As Charles Martin, Reed Junior High woodshop instructor, starts another entry for 31st district Arts and Crafts show. Spectators are Mmes. Arthur Armstrong, left, PTA art chairman, and Richard Haff, co-chairman. Wooden craft and furniture will be in Reed exhibit at show." Walter Reed Middle School is in North Hollywood.
