Description
Folks from San Fernando park a covered wagon outside City Hall as a way to express to the city fathers that this is the sort of transportation they'll need if the Pacific Electric is permitted to abandon its major interurban trolley sytem. Riding the wagon are William A. Trow, J. Win Austin and Lee Warburton. Photo dated: March 17, 1949.
