Description
A bill and receipt for 1941 property taxes issued by John R. Quinn, Los Angeles County Assessor. The property taxes were paid by Kiku Saito. This form was presumably submitted as proof when claiming her economic losses caused by the mass removal and incarceration during the war. "Evacuation claims compromise settlement" is found in item: csudh_sai_0089.
