Photograph of buildings on an unidentified street in Yermo in the Mojave Desert, ca.1900. To the left a one-story building is visible from the side. It has an inclined roof, and three windows with metal awnings are visible on the on the side. A porch is visible in front of the building. Running in front of the building is a dirt road, while two other buildings are visible on the right and across the street. These one-story buildings also have inclined roofs. Tall trees, some dead, are visible lining parts of the road, while the foreground is filled with small flowering plants. Power or telephone lines are visible in the background behind the second set of buildings.
