Description: "Steve Huffman, manager of the California Almond Growers Exchange, looks over a model of the visitors center being remodeled from the historical Del Monte cannery No. 11 on C Street. Features in the 40,000-square-foot building will include a 230-seat theater and exhibits from around the nation. The almond exchange, across the street from the cannery, is seeking to register the building as a historic landmark. It purchased the structure last summer"
