Bill Welch of the Pasadena Junior Chamber of Commerce presents a check in the amount of two hundred dollars to a woman representing the Spastic Children's League of Pasadena School located at 811 Fairmount Avenue. Spastic was a speech and occupational therapy school. This photo was taken on April 18, 1955, and was ordered by Jim McAdam for the Pasadena Junior Chamber of Commerce (181 South Los Robles Avenue).
