Description
Tustin Water Works superintendent, Walter Rawlings and his wife, Cora, watch water pour from a pipe as the La Veta well came in, Tustin, ca. 1946. Walter Rawlings was the stepson of Charles Edward Utt. The Utt family owned the Tustin Water Works for over 80 years.
