Description
Pictured is Glendale's "Say It With Flowers" float which won first place in Class A-7 at the 66th annual Rose Parade in Pasadena. Garden setting is on three levels with series of steps between. Fountain of pink stock with spray of white sweet peas is on middle level; surrounding pool is of blue delphinium and water lilies.
