Reply to Theodor Broecker's accompanying April 26, 1965, memo requesting their principal Spanish language papers reporting May 18th activities be sent to the Agency and acknowledging the suggestion National Day ceremonies there be filmed. No weather report for May 18th was given, and forwarded papers were not in the file.
