Description
A woman wears a green ruched bonnet with a white plume. Her dress is light blue edged with ruching at the neck, cuffs, and center front of the skirt. The three-quarter length sleeves are bell shaped. Her underskirt and neck are white lace, with a very deep ruffle at the hem of the skirt, and a narrow ruffle at the neck. She wears light tan gloves and a white bracelet, and carries a white ruffled handkerchief and a closed brown parasol.
