Title supplied by cataloger. The Musto-Keenan Company, which now operates under the name MK Diamond Products, was known in the 1950s for making quality diamond tools for cutting marble and tile. Aerially looking over the eastern side of the Los Angeles River, near the intersection of S. Soto and 26th streets in the Central Manufacturing District. Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe trains carry freight west over the river, not far from the railroad's roundhouse at Redondo Junction (top, center). The Musto-Keenan Co. plant, located at 1801 S. Soto Street, is visible on the right. Photographed for Crescent Oil & Refining Co. on August 5, 1955.
