Photograph article dated July 13, 1964 partially reads, "'La Fiesta de las Flores' will be the theme of the fifth annual Dinner Dance Benefit of the Van Nuys Junior Chamber of Commerce Wives Club at 7 p.m. July 25 at the home of Mrs. Sarah Berger of Encino. Members, their husbands, guests, past members and Gold Award winners in Spanish and Mexican costumes will enjoy a performance by the Elenore Hempel Cotillion Group and will dance to the music of Ron Johnson's Band... Proceeds for the evening will be donated to the Valley Children's Play Park Association to be used for the Land of Oz playpark in the Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks War Memorial playground. Games and prizes are planned." Photograph caption reads, "Mmes. David Fleming, left, David Shane, Robert Bone plan party."
