Photograph of a view of Lovers' Cove on Santa Catalina Island, east of Avalon, ca.1909. The cove is at right and the water is very calm. Te left, dirt roads wind their way up a steep, brush-covered mountain. The city of Avalon is visible in the distance at center, while the wireless telegraph station is on a hill in the background at right. A small boat can be seen in the harbor at right.
