Description
The 1924 La France fire truck/pumper is pictured here, preceded by a car with a banner reading "Save Our Green Space" in turn proceeded by mounted United States Park Police. All this and more occured on Miller Avenue during the Memorial Day Parade. The parade was part of Mill Valley Weekend, a celebration of Mill Valley's 80th birthday in 1980.
