Description
Exterior view of a commercial structure on Wilshire Boulevard. View shows several storefronts including the Brown Derby Restaurant in years before the derby-shaped building. Tower of St. James Episcopal Church (3903 Wilshire Blvd.) is visible in the background. Structure with storefronts was built in 1929. Architects: J. R. Davidson (stores); and Morgan, Walls & Clements (building). The Gothic revival style church was designed by Benjamin C. McGougall in the 1920s.
