At left, three men can be seen sitting in wooden chairs beneath a covered porch. Several lanterns can be seen hanging from the flat ceiling, and a row of thick colums support the porch to their right. Two patches of lawn, a flower bed, and a trimmed shrub can be seen further to the right. In the background at right, a large stone bridge connecting the hotel to its annex is visible.
