Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
Photographer's caption reads, "I was high enough in the hills that the big mansion looked down on the houses of Nicholas Cage and David Duchovny, or so the neighbors said. Five skywriting planes appeared in the limpid, unclouded January sky. They traveled due west emitting smoke puffs. The dispatch was about writers finishing some script or another. It didn't make a lot of sense and seemed like a pricy way to communicate. By the time the skywriters got to the end of the message, the first words had already vanished into the ether."
