Panoramic view of San Jose looking South from the top of the Santa Clara County Courthouse. The rooftop in the immediate lower portion of the image belongs to the San Jose Post Office. First street can be seen running Northwest to Southeast, between the county courthouse and the post office and St. James Park. Towards the center of the image, First street passes buildings on the left belonging to the Elks and the Knights of Columbus, and at the intersection of First and Santa Clara, passes the Bank of San Jose, the Bank of the America, and the First National Bank.
