Porter B. Williamson discusses his book, “Patton’s Principles.” He begins by explaining that he served as a lieutenant under General George Patton in World War II. In the book he quotes General Patton and then gives examples on how to win in the corporate world. He talks about the unconventional techniques that Patton used to motivate his troops. Williamson discusses how Patton was able to eliminate fear. He ends the interview by talking about his career as a military attorney and how he had to court marshal a lieutenant on his base.
